As the maintenance supervisor at TSE, since Feb of 2007, I have many daily challenges that keep me constantly thinking of the future for us. Our 99.9% uptime ratio is extremely important to me and my staff. Scheduling maintenance and anticipating future repairs combined with reacting to various unexpected issues with equipment is my primary mission here. I started with Turtle in 1997 as an operator and quickly became a crew chief. I have operated each piece of equipment that TSE has. My background in the trucking industry has helped me in meeting the needs of our fleet of transports. I have an extensive interest in all things automotive; it even drives my favorite hobby of drag racing.
